MLP Group, a leading developer of warehouse and production space in Poland, has leased 2,820 m² of space to Oriflame Poland sp. z o.o. at the MLP Pruszków I park, with 2,611 m² of the space to be used for warehousing and another 208 m² for office and staff use. The space was adapted to meet Oriflame’s needs within 2 months. Oriflame is an international cosmetics company that carries out direct selling. The company was established by Robert and Jonas af Jochnick in 1967 in Sweden. It is currently operating in over 60 countries and sells cosmetics exclusively through consultants. Oriflame has been listed since 2004 on the Nasdaq OMX Nordic Exchange and has factories in Sweden, India, Russia, China and Poland. “We are pleased to announce another new tenant for our warehouse and production parks,” said Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson, a member of the management board of MLP Group. “This time it is Oriflame Poland, for which we have adapted a space at MLP Pruszków I within less than 2 months. We have been in operation for 10 years, so we have a great experience in building or adapting space to meet all of the tenant’s requirements in as short a time as possible.”

MLP Group, a leading developer of warehouse and production space in Poland, has signed a lease agreement with Edelmann Poland Sp. z o.o. for nearly 7,000 m² of production and warehouse space at the MLP Pruszków I park, for use as a state-of-the-art facility for printing packaging. The space is being provided in a built-to-suit system, adapted to meet Edelmann’s requirements and specifications. The lease is for 10 years.
The team of specialists at MLP Group carefully reviewed Edelmann’s business operations, drew up a detailed analysis of the customer’s needs and expectations, and put forward a built-to-suit solution for adapting an existing facility at the MLP Pruszków I industrial and warehouse park. The production hall selected for the Edelmann project offers excellent technical specifications, with heating, ventilation, natural lighting and insulation all designed to meet standards for production halls. Selection of a space designed for production will significantly shorten the time needed to adapt the space for use as a printing facility. Specialized technical infrastructure includes an advanced HVAC system with humidity control necessary for the printing process, designed in cooperation with an engineering firm that MLP Group has worked with closely on other projects. MLP Group concentrated on coordinating the external technical infrastructure and formal and legal supervision of the project.
The production hall together with a separate existing office and staff building will be adapted for the project. Due to the large employment at Edelmann, an additional two-storey administrative, staff and technical section is to be built inside the hall.
Edelmann Poland is a prominent producer of folding packaging on the Polish market, chiefly for the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries, and is noted for its state-of-the-art production methods and high quality. Edelmann Poland belongs to the Edelmann Group, one of the largest printing companies in Europe, with annual revenue of about EUR 180 mln.

We are happy that the printing sector will join the group.”
Apollo Electronics sp. Zo.o. leased approximately 3 000 m² of warehouse space and offices in MLP Pruszków I located in Pruszków, 3 May 8 Street. "Leased surface corresponds to international standards and is perfectly adapted to the Apollo’s activities”
On April 3rd the first building was completed in the new area owned by our company, MLP Pruszków II. The tenant is Sarantis which so far leased premises in MLP Pruszków I. Due to its dynamic growth, the company needed additional space. Currently, Sarantis leases over 12,000 sq. m of warehouse as well as office and amenities space.
On April 12th we completed the construction of the last building at the MLP Pruszków I. The building, with over 9,000 sq. m of warehouse space and nearly 300 sq. m of office and amenities space, was handed over to Prolog. The building is equipped with a sprinkler system. This is the 21st, and last, warehouse to be built at MLP.
We are happy to announce that in January of 2009, building B5 has been handed over for use to Akzo Nobel Car Refinishes Polska. The area – about 1000 m² - has been prepared especially for the needs of Akzo. Because of the specific nature of the stored products, chemically setting, non-sparking floor with electrostatic charge removal has been used in a part of the storeroom.
