• MLP Bucharest Sud S.R.L. holds industrial estate in Romania. MLP Group holds 50% of MLP Bucharest Sud S.R.L., the remaining is owned by joint venture partner.
• Osiedle Żbików Sp. z o.o. – company managing 6 flats, of no market value (a legacy of ZNTK of no value for MLP)
• Sanborn Holdings Limited – SPV created to conduct future investments in Eastern Europe (currently an empty shell)
