MLP Group, a leading developer of warehouse and production space in Poland, has leased nearly 7,600 m2 at the production and warehouse park MLP Pruszków I to Kuehne + Nagel Sp. z o.o. The space will be used for storage and loading, with 12 loading docks and modern office infrastructure. The terminal is also equipped with a state-of-the-art CCTV monitoring system.

MLP Group, a leading developer of warehouse and production space in Poland, has signed an agreement with Żabka Polska S.A. for lease of 1,455 m2 of space at the production and warehouse park MLP Pruszków II. The space rented by Żabka will also be equipped with a 100 m2 unit for cold storage at a constant temperature of 2–6ºC and locations for delivery vans.

Since 2000, Sarantis Polska S.A. has been present at parks of the MLP Group in Pruszków, and now due to dynamic growth Sarantis has decided to lease additional space, this time in Romania. Sarantis now leases a total of 18,500 m2 at MLP Group facilities.

MLP Group, a leading developer of warehouse and production space in Poland, has leased additional space to Magna Car Top Systems Poland Sp. z o.o. at the MLP Tychy production and warehouse facility. Magna has doubled its lease space, from 2,693 m2 to 5,663 m2. The space is used chiefly for manufacturing, with an office and staff portion. The new agreement increases the area leased by Magna by 2,970 m2.
