The project is being implemented in Pruszków on a 43ha plot where the total area available is 165,000 sqm.

The facility is located on a fenced site with 24 hour security service and a separate railway siding.

There is an on-site customs agency. The facility has unlimited power supply, large potential for future expansion offered to its clients, and a relatively large percentage of parking lot areas. MLP has convenient connections both with the centre of Warsaw and the main routes linking Warsaw with other cities:

• 18 km South –West of Warsaw city centre,
• 10 minutes from Aleja Krakowska, the main road to Katowice, Kraków, Łódź and Wrocław,
• 5 minutes from the Poznań route,
• Two minutes from Aleje Jerozolimskie, the primary road serving Warsaw,
• Direct rail link to the main railway routes to all of Europe.

Public transport facilities including railway and bus routes situated within close proximity (500m) to the site, make MLP an excellent location for employees and distributors. (The railway station is situated within a walking distance of 10 minutes from our site).

Investment plans for this year include development of a new entrance road to the site, which will connect Aleje Jerozolimskie and Poznań road. This will be a much better solution for TIR trucks entering our site.
